Reusable SKU specification

Measurements use the displayed units. Unknown values are not applied to tools. Estimated values remain explicitly provisional.

Measurements and evidence status

Saving a changed specification creates a new version. Existing calculation and quote snapshots are retained; recheck older versions before using their costs.

Supplier evidence and unresolved checks

Keep source references and your review status for this specification revision. These records are your assertions, not a Nalyquo certification or universal supplier score.

Save project changes to retain these records. Updating the specification does not automatically renew previous approvals.

Import supplier offers from a spreadsheet

Import or paste supplier offers

Supports ribbon, adhesive, printing, flexible film, labels and corrugated boxes across multiple SKUs, with up to four suppliers and 20 all-units price tiers per supplier. Repeat a supplier row to add a tier; keep its other fields identical. CSV, XLSX and pasted Excel tables are read locally. Select one worksheet for each import.

Blank freight or setup stays unknown. Use decimal points. For printing, price is per accepted good pack; ribbon price is per nominal roll; adhesive price is per kg.
