- Use actual part mass and the process-yield convention required by the selected calculation. Do not infer mass from container capacity.
- Build blend cost from verified component prices and fractions. Recycled-content percentage is not itself an environmental impact calculation.
- Label resin-only estimates clearly and obtain conversion, decoration and complete-container quotes before comparing finished supplier offers.
